Group
I'm forming a group of 8-10 people for sessions once a week in the Toronto area. This group is open to men and women 18 years and older and no previous group experience is necessary. I will need to meet or speak to you previous to start up so that we know we are on the same page and a good fit with each other and the rest of the members. The benefits of group take place in a safe, semi-structured way facilitated by me. Group is about learning, sitting with what comes up and living in the real world. There is less emphasis on family history and more focus on current issues and 'where you're at'. The potential for growth and healing comes from the group dynamic and interaction. Together we'll create an ongoing supportive atmosphere open to explore themes present in the moment and relevant to 'here and now'.

-Patterns of behavior

$25.00 per session payable monthly (4 sessions) at the beginning of the month. Your monthly fee is your commitment to healing and growth. If you miss a weekly session your payment is treated the same as a cancellation fee and not refunded. (Payment by cash or cheque only)
